We had TCR put new siding on the house. They where available for questions and concerns anytime of the day. I went out of town for the weekend leaving pregnant Jackie at home with our son when the AC went out! Brian was on the job that day and called an AC guy he works with. “Weeks” couldn’t be there for 4 days, Brian had Southtex AC their within the hour! Texas in June, that is fast service! Thanks Brian we really appreciated that. My neighbors are constantly asking who did my siding, (TCR should see a couple referrals). I plan to have more updates done to our home and I am calling TCR. Brian consistently asked us if we where happy, informing us about what was being done and why. They reframed the side of our house improving the structure of the home. When the job was finished, Brian and I walked through the job inspecting everything, then Jackie wanted her own walk through, Brian happily came back and answered all her questions and concerns. October 2008 Brian and TCR put a roof with radiant barrier on my house and they did a great job. 1-11-10 I had wood floors put in 500 square feet of my house and totally modernized my fireplace. We cannot say anything other than amazing things about TCR. When we began our “little” project (1 quad sliding glass door, 1 regular sliding glass door, kitchen window, a concrete patio stamped and stained, an arbor, hardie siding, new roof, and many other jobs) we were nervous and unsure of what to expect.
